• This Ride has a registration cutoff at 400 people.
• Your completed registration and payment must be received by the Rotary Club of Hayfork prior to June 1, 2010. Registration after June 1st will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.
• Ride fees include both the Ride Lunch and the Ride BBQ Dinner.

• Non-rider guests of registered riders may be included in the Ride

  Lunch and BBQ Dinner for an additional fee of $25 per person.
• The Ride Lunch will be served at the Fairgrounds from 11 AM until 2 PM.
• The Ride Dinner will be served at the Fairgrounds starting at 4 PM.
• For vegetarian meals, please indicate the number of these meals requested on your registration form.
• A Continental Breakfast will be available on Saturday at the Fairgrounds Rotary booth, for a donation.
• Ride Sign-In will be located at the Fairgrounds, and will be available Friday, June 11th from 5 PM until 8 PM, and Sign-In will open Saturday at 6 AM.
• Ride start times:
  Mass Start for 115-, 70- and 45-mile rides: 7:00 AM.
  Family Fun Ride, at rider's option, from 8 - 11:30 AM.
• Rest stops, with snacks and drinks, are provided at appropriate intervals.
• SAG and Sweeper vehicles are provided.
• Riders must wear helmets and use a bike that is in good mechanical condition.
• All riders are required to sign a release waiver at sign-in.
