• This ride has a registration cutoff at 400 people.
• Your completed registration and payment must be received by the Rotary Club of Hayfork prior to June 8, 2011. Registration after June 8th will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.
• Ride fees include a ride T-shirt, rally bag, continental breakfast, rest stop snacks and beverages, and the after-ride BBQ meal.

• A "full breakfast" will be available for $7 (advance purchase during online registration).
• Non-rider guest(s) of registered riders may be included in the BBQ meal

  for an additional fee of $25 per person. Indicate on registration form.

• The after-ride meal will be served at the fairgrounds starting at 11:30 AM.
• For vegetarian meal(s), please indicate the number of these meals requested on your registration form.
• A continental ride breakfast will be available on Saturday at the fairgrounds.
• Ride sign-in will be located at the fairgrounds, and will be available Friday, June 10th from 5 PM until 8 PM, and Saturday at 6 AM. We strongly recommend, if you can't register online that you register Friday evening, as Saturday morning is very hectic and the ride starts at 7:00 AM!
• Ride start times:
  Mass Start for 115-, 70- and 45-mile rides: 7:00 AM.
  Family Fun Ride, at rider's option, from 8 - 11:30 AM.
• Rest stops with snacks and drinks are provided at appropriate intervals. View "Route Map" at the "MAPS" link.
• SAG and Sweeper vehicles are provided.
• Riders must wear helmets and use a bike that is in good mechanical condition.
• All riders are required to sign a release waiver at sign-in.
