Swimming
Six
miles
out of town along the route for the Family Ride there
is a nice beach along Hayfork Creek where children
would enjoy playing in the creek. Some holes are deep
enough to swim, but there are many shallows where
young children would enjoy wading and hunting for
natural treasures, or just digging in the sand. (easy
access)
Hayfork
Community Swimming Pool
The
Community pool will be open on Saturday and Sunday
from 1-4:00. The pool is located adjacent to the park
and very close to the fairgrounds.
Horseshoes
An
area for playing horseshoes is located right at the
fairgrounds.
